Criteria For Home Delivery

We're glad you're interested in Home Delivery! Not only does it save you vaulable time (and gas!) but you can rest assured knowing your products come from an actual Veterinary distributor.

 

There are some rules regarding Home Delivery. All the rules that apply for prescription purchases in the office also apply to prescription purchases online.

1. When ordering online please allow 3-4 business days for your order to be processed. If you need an immediate refill, you must contact the office directly and pick up your supplies there.

2. You MUST be a client at Chenango Animal Hospital to use this service.

3. Any pet you are ordering a prescription for MUST be current on his/her examination by OUR doctors, and/or any other requirements needed to fill that prescription must be met. (ie: bloodwork, rechecks, etc.)

4.If this is a medication request, you are required to have been prescribed this product from OUR office prior to your request.
